2020 - 2024

Founded in 2020 to help franchise brands with supplier selection & networking

  • Grew a directory of 120+ franchise suppliers members

  • Built database of over 1,000 franchise technology and service suppliers

  • Conducted 1,000+ consultations with franchisors

  • Made 2,000+ curated recommendations and introductions between suppliers and franchisors

2025

Our first 4 years of learnings informed our next iteration of focus

  • Simplified business model to focus only on a boutique portfolio of hand selected franchise technology partners

  • Narrowed focus to technology companies that produce outsized results for franchises

Our Criteria for partnering with franchise supplier technology companies: 

    1. Must pass thorough due diligence on  team, client references, case studies, financial health, and more

    2. Our companies must commit to being more than just a supplier. They must be true partners and worthy extensions of a franchisors team, where applicable

    3. Must have franchise specific focus and subject matter expertise

    4. Drive’s a quantifiable impact in one or more of the following areas: top line revenue growth, bottom line profitability, franchisee success and satisfaction.

    5. Agree to never partner with a brand if they are not ready, willing, and able to bring the results they claim. 

    6. All partners must commit to fill out a Supplier Disclosure Document publishing critical information about their company for franchisors to be armed with determining partnership fit

    7. Our companies must give franchise networks favored nations economics and terms, leveraging the scale of the portfolio that FSN helps bring

    8. Annual Review: our companies must remain accountable to an external review conducted by FSN addressing results and sentiment every year

    9. Must agree to not “SPAM” franchisors

    10. Must commit to building face to face relationships with franchise network clients

    11. Must be committed to making franchise network clients BETTER; helping positively contribute to our mission of helping more people achieve the American Dream through franchising.
